Rosa Babino graduated with a Master's Degree from the School of Public Administration at Florida International University. She completed her undergraduate study in both Political Science and Spanish at the University of Washington. Rosa’s professional background is particularly diverse. Dr. Frank Dillon is a Visiting Research Associate Professor at CRUSADA. He has several years experience working in the area of drug use among Hispanic and African American families. Samuel Martinez serves as an Associate Director for CRUSADA. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Florida International University, as well as a B.S. in Engineering from Universidad del Norte in Colombia.
