She completed her undergraduate study in both Political Science and Spanish at the University of Washington. Rosa’s professional background is particularly diverse. He has several years experience working in the area of drug use among Hispanic and African American families. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Florida International University, as well as a B.S. in Engineering from Universidad del Norte in Colombia.
