She holds a B.S. in biology and an M.S. in Food, Nutrition, and Institutional Administration from Oklahoma State University. Carlin’s experience includes 15 years as a private dietetic consultant in Honduras, Central America; work as a Registered Dietitian at Greenbriar Rehabilitation Center; and as a renal dietitian at the Kidney Treatment Center of South Florida.
